That last win for a bowl clinch seems almost impossible. At least Bill Snyder has done everything in his power to bring a crappy team to Lincoln for that possibility next Saturday. So now in the last one and a half years, we saw our bowl streak snapped, winning seasons streak snapped, wins against a single opponent (Kansas) snapped ... what's next? We don't get 73,000+ to show up on Saturday for the sellout streak?

I'm not a Nebraska Bobcat fan (coinage to Drew Urban) by any means, and it sucks watching this happen, but something needs to start falling into the right place quickly. I can see where the program is headed, it's just too bad that we aren't getting there quicker.

Good news:
1) I won the 4^th quarter of the SMF football pool for the second straight week (thanks again mom).
2) Sam Koch looks to be an easy pick for the Ray Guy Award.

Really good news:
I will never have to listen to Jim "Taylor's as tough as a walrus's skin" Rose for the rest of the year.
