As some of you might know, today is my birthday. It's not just a birthday, it's the big one. The big two-one. It's the last exciting birthday until you get to be 40 and you get thrown a surprise party that's in all black. Today was good so far. Adam, Christi and I went out to the North 40 and hit golf balls on the practice range. It's fun hitting golf balls. I never really got into golf when I was a little kid, and my parents love the game. So it's been nice tryin' to fix my swing twice in the same week. I might have to practice up so that I can play when Christi and I go down to Missouri to the big Helge family reunion in July.

My parents are coming to town in a few minutes to take Christi and I out to Misty's.... yeah, is your mouth watering just hearing the name Misty's? I'm so pumped. Plus, I might get carded too. I don't want to wait all this time in my life to not get carded. That's half of the fun of being 21 (or at least I've heard, I've only been 21 for a day so far). Then it's off to the bars tonight. Ponec, Ben, Adam, Christi, Drew and others will be escorting me from bar to bar and hopefully I can make it home all in one piece. Thanks to Christi for being there to take care of me tonight, 'cause I'm probably goin' to need it...
