The more and more I get into the game of golf, I realize how disappointed I can get when I hit an amazing shot. This is only my second year playing golf, and in each one I've hit a shot that was inches away from a hole-in-one.

With the birdie on the second par 3 of the round, it helped immensely as I was able to break 90 (with a score of 89) for the first time. I was one shot away from my yearly goal of shooting bogey golf on 18 holes. With it being colder out and the Huskers playing on Saturday's, I might only have a few chances left.
