I've heard the phrase: Those who can't do, teach. Pretty sure the second part of that should be: Those who can't parent, coach. I figure if my kid can't take direction from me at home, I'll try to do it with nine other kids standing around him.

I was crazy excited enough to sign up to be Henry's coach for his first year of baseball and couldn't be more happy that I decided to do that. My past coaching experiences consisted of being a player/coach in college for the club team as well as coaching freshman and sophomores for three years during/after college. Pretty sure 4 and 5 year olds will be the toughest challenge so far!

Baseball was such an important part of my life growing up so I can't wait to start sharing that with Henry.
