Maybe I'm in the wrong field, or maybe I just need to hang out with my uncle Bill more often. Last night, on a whim, I decided to make a new meal for Christi and I. I made a breaded chicken dish on just pure assumption that my ideals would work. They worked alright, and the chicken was amazing. Once again, I think this is going to throw me into a cooking phase where the next item on the menu is chili (once we reach a temperature below 50 degrees). Looks like that might not be for a while, so I'll try to make some other things in the mean time. Suggestions are always welcome. Just be sure to tell me, and come over and eat once it's done.
